VET Registrar

Permanent - Part Time - Commencing ASAP

Role Details

Due to an exciting period of growth, we're on the lookout for a superstar to join us as our VET Registrar, a brand new role at Thomas More College.

The VET Registrar will support the effective coordination, administration and management of VET student enrolments and programs at Thomas More College. The role will include:

  • Working with students and families, facilitating all aspects of VET enrolments.
  • Assisting with the planning and implementation of career development events.
  • Maintaining responsibility for the financial aspects of VET courses.
  • Being the "go to" point of contact for VET-related queries in the College.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Experience in an administrative support role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of VET organisations (including RTOs).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Administration or Education Support.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
