Are you passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals? We are looking for multiple dedicated Academic Tutors to join our team at Thomas More College.
We're a growing school that's on the search for Academic Tutors to join TeamTMC! We are offering 10 hours per week over 39 weeks of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of deep and secure learning in senior school specialist subjects.
- Apply subject-specific knowledge to directly support students identified as gifted or talented.
- Provide other classroom support under the direct supervision of a classroom teacher, as required.
About You:
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills; the ability to engage with students, staff and families in an inclusive, supportive and positive manner.
- Great time management skills; the ability to balance priorities effectively.

Research & Innovation Hub Assistant

TMC is on the search for an admin and customer service superstar to join our Research and Innovation Hub (Library) team!
This is a great opportunity for someone with transferable admin or customer service skills from other industries! If you bring a positive "can do" attitude and love working with people, we're happy to teach you the "library specific" stuff.
This position will work 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday - Friday, 41 weeks of the year.
You'll be able to:
- Create a welcoming environment within the Research and Innovation Hub, supporting day-to-day operations.
- Assist all visitors with borrowing books and other resources.
- Support students and staff that visit the space, including supervision of students within the Research and Innovation Hub.
- Support staff in using the VR Lab resources.
Do you have:
- Previous experience in a library, retail, admin or customer service environment (desirable but not essential).
- Knowledge of, and competency with, contemporary software, such as Microsoft Office and Canva programs.
