Marketing and Events Coordinator
Commencing ASAP - Permanent - 41 weeks per year - 8am - 4pm (0.85 FTE) - Grade 5
Role Details
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This is a pivotal role that supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of College events throughout the year.
You'll be able to:
- Assist leadership to develop and implement marketing activities, including organising end-to-end College events/activities, ensuring events reflect the College values, communication standards and branding guidelines.
- Develop internal communications, such as contributions to newsletter, event invitations and articles for the school’s website.
- Develop, grow, and maintain strong engagement with the College’s Old Scholars community, including organisation and facilitation of reunions, networking opportunities, and community engagement activities.
Do you have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Marketing or Communications) of at least 2 years of study and/or demonstrated experience in a comparable role.
- Proficiency across the various marketing and communications disciplines including creative writing, desktop publishing, multiple online platform proficiency etc.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to develop a positive rapport with others and build engaging, credible, trusting and respectful relationships.

Leader of Inclusive Education - Senior School (POR 2)

Role Details
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Inclusive Education Leader - Senior School to join our Learning Diversity Team. This is a pivotal 2-year POR 2 leadership appointment responsible for ensuring that students with disability in the senior years receive high-quality, evidence-based adjustments that foster belonging, engagement, and deep learning.
This leadership role is offered in addition to a full-time permanent teaching position. Please note that experience in teaching senior school biology may be advantageous.
You'll be able to:
- Have a deep understanding of inclusive education, learning diversity, and evidence-based intervention.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills across teams and curriculum areas.
- Use data to inform decision-making and support measurable student growth.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to promote inclusion and engagement.
- Reflect the College’s Catholic identity through service, compassion, and commitment to every learner’s dignity.
Do you have:
- Current teacher registration and teaching experience in senior years education.
- Proven expertise in supporting students with disabilities and diverse learning needs.
- Experience in coordinating intervention programs and developing PPLs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach staff in inclusive teaching practices.
