  • Work ready skills that could lead to apprenticeships or employment.  

The Certificate I Hospitality is delivered on-site.  

The 6 units of competency 

4 work folios:  

  1. Hygiene in the Kitchen  
  2. Sandwiches with style  
  3. Quality Simple Dishes 
  4. Providing Quality Service 

This course will provide students with a Certificate 1 in Hospitality and approximately 15 SACE points.
