Assessment Types

Drama 1

Task 1: Horror Short Films (40%) - Students explore suspense, atmosphere, and genre conventions to create an original short horror film. 

Task 2: Poor Theatre (30%) - Students explore minimalist performance techniques using voice, body, and limited resources. 

Task 3: Immersive Theatre (30%) - Students explore interactive performance that engages the audience within the world of the play. 

 

Drama 2

Task 1: Shakespeare (30%) - Students explore classic texts and bring them to life in performance. 

Task 2: Children’s Theatre (40%) - Students create engaging performances for young audiences. 

Task 3: Theatre of Cruelty (30%) - Students experiment with bold theatrical techniques to provoke audience response.
