2026 TMC Production - Student Registration Form

* Once the Audition Registration is received by the Production Team, a Terms & Conditions form will be sent to Parents/Caregivers via EdSmart.

The signed Terms and Conditions form must be returned before auditions (via EdSmart or printed and signed).

**Auditions will be held Week 3 of Term 1, audition materials will be made available Tuesday, Week 2, Term 1. (TBC)

 

THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING: 

• If you have extended holidays plans (longer than 2 weeks) during Sem 1 it is suggested that you do not register. 

• Please read the Agreement before registering – it is a requirement for Production. Agreements will be emailed T1W2 and must be signed (student and parent/guardian) and returned by Friday T1W3.  

• A weekly rehearsal schedule will be sent to families and students via email - changes will be communicated via email and SEQTA Notices 

• Students are not required for all rehearsals but they are expected to be available in case changes are made 

• Production Week is at the Shedley Theatre - students will need to organise their own transport. 

• Students and families should check emails regularly for updates. 

• NOTE: There is no orchestra in this production.

 

PRODUCTION PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT 

• We agree to pay a $50 fee for Production - to be paid to the TMC Finance Office.  

• We understand that we are committing to rehearsing after College hours throughout Terms 1 and 2, 2026, as well as some weekend rehearsals when necessary. 

• We understand that Production cannot be used as an excuse for non-submission or late submission of schoolwork. 

• We understand that, by participating in the Production, my child’s image and name will be used for publicity purposes through a variety of media forms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, school website and print media. We give consent for use of image and video recordings to be used in these platforms. 

• We understand that ‘High School Musical Jr’ is a Licensed Production and therefore materials cannot be shared and all photography or video MUST be authorized by Thomas More College. 

 

PRODUCTION STUDENT AGREEMENT 

• I acknowledge that behaviour not in line with school expectations or missed rehearsals could lead to the student being asked to leave Production. 

• I understand that we are committing to rehearsing after College hours throughout Terms 1 and 2, 2026, as well as some weekend rehearsals when necessary. 

• I understand that Production cannot be used as an excuse for non-submission or late submission of schoolwork. 

• We agree to return the script, free of any permanent markings. (4B pencil markings permitted only) 

• I understand that ‘High School Musical’ Junior is a Licensed Production and therefore materials cannot be shared and all photography or video MUST be authorized by Thomas More College.
