  • Showcase and develop capabilities

Topics may include: 

  • Event catering
  • Fusion foods 
  • Dessert trends  
  • Fine dining
  • Artisan foods 
  • Regional gourmet  
  • Native Australian foods 
  • Plan and complete a Community Application Activity related to personal interests and capabilities.
